Gen. Jarosław Gromadziński is simply a associate in the mission in Iraq and Syria, commander of the 15th Mechanized Brigade, creator and commander of the 18th Mechanized Division called the Iron Division. — I was the fortunate 1 that I was the only general in Poland to pass the full command way from platoon commander, brigade commander, division commander to corps commander. I was checked at all stage. The units I commanded were certified. If you ask me what happened last March, I will admit that even present I find it hard to answer that question, as the erstwhile commander of the Iron Division answers.
He adds that SKW has learned about its activities from its subordinates in Eurocorpus. The Polish service then sent a public letter to Strasbourg, where Eurokorpus is located, with information that it is initiating a review procedure against Gen. Gromadziński. He wasn't there at the time. He was on vacation in Poland.
In the "War Front" podcast, the general points out that since then the avalanche of events has already taken place immediately, as the media has learned about the activities of the SKW towards him.
— Before I tell you what happened then, we request to kind out any facts. all Polish soldier who is sent abroad for a three-year contract is checked by the service. Before leaving, he gets a certificate that he can leave. Therefore, there is no anticipation of initiating an investigation against a soldier who is abroad. Therefore, the procedure applied to me was already broken at the beginning. For me, what happened was a shock. I did not know why the service began to act towards me, but I do not know it today,” says Gen. Gromadziński.
The General besides points out that the events that took place in Poland were carefully observed and analysed in the world.
— I was commander of the global military structure. Therefore, I read the actions of the SKW as a large blamage not only for the services, but besides for the country. Nobody in the planet takes off their officers like that. I attended NATO corps commanders' meetings. — Although I have never known the reasons for the action of SKW towards me, there has been an avalanche of speculation in social media. At that time a terrible hatred broke out on me, says Gen. Gromadziński. He recalls that blogger Jarosław Wolski on platform X suggested that his case was related to the forgery of readiness states in the 18th Mechanized Division.
— That was a ridiculous charge. This man doesn't really know how to compose combat reports in the division. But that's where it started. Then, for months, there were another charges. They kept changing, evolving. Russian media wrote that I was liable for the losses on the Ukrainian front, German, for espionage. The head of SKW Jarosław The Guardian in 1 of the interviews said that I do not give a warrant of keeping a secret in the global environment. This is important. By that time, the investigation was already ongoing, which is classified. No 1 should speak. In the meantime, the head of the service alone speaks,” says the general.
“The Ministry of Defence letter just made me laugh”

During the interview, he besides refers to the minute erstwhile the national defence minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz dismissed him from his position as commander of Eurocorpus. “I firmly believe that these 2 gentlemen have influenced the way I was treated”
Gen. Gromadziński besides admits that for his erstwhile power, he was very thoroughly read by the service and passed a test on a lie detector.
— I was on a polygraph due to the fact that erstwhile I formed the 18th division, there were quite a few tips. They were all about things. Then the head of SKW called me and said that he needed to verify what had affected them. I said I was open. They grilled me for a month. Finally, they stated that they had no objections to me, but suggested that it would be well seen if I had submitted to a polygraph. I agreed and went through this procedure due to the fact that I had nothing to hide," he added.
According to Gen. Gromadziński, the activities of the services were dictated by the private reluctance that the current head of SKW gen. Jarosław Stróżyk has towards him.

— Before becoming head of service, he was active in social media. Many times he feared that erstwhile power changed, the time of reckoning would come. Similar suggestions were made by General Mirosław Rozanski, present a senator. I am profoundly convinced that these 2 gentlemen influenced the way I was treated. I don't blame the fresh power for choosing its own staff. But I could have been recalled in a different style. All you had to do was invitation me to the country and say: “Sir, for the sake of the country, we are proposing a solution. You are resigning for health, household and another reasons.” but it wasn't enough. The head of SKW wanted to make me look bad, and all action he took comes down to that, says Gen. Gromadziński.
From the first of February he is already a civilian, and the final of his case will be settled in court.
