From archive: 13 years after the assassination we request the effectiveness of the State - Solidarni2010

13 years ago Polish president Lech Kaczyński, his wife Maria Kaczyńska, president of the Republic of Poland at the exile Ryszard Kaczorowski, almost the full command of the Polish army, president of the Polish bank, representatives of our country was killed in Russia.

This crime is part of the aggressive action of Putinian Russia, a mafia barbarian state in an effort to establish a fresh – highly dangerous – order of geopolitical world, which must not be allowed.

This crime would not be possible without maintaining the agentural resources of Russia in Poland developed and maintained in practice during the tens of years of historical realities.

The motive for killing president Lech Kaczyński by Putin and his people in Poland was to remove the obstacle to Russia's quest to change the strategy of forces in the planet and borders of Europe.

Polish president Lech Kaczyński not only stood in Putin's way to conquer Europe, but he was effective in this resistance.

At the 2008 NATO summit, he was assured of the Natovian states' acceptance of Georgia and Ukraine for the alliance, which was then withdrawn under the influence of Angela Merkel's treatments. However, Lech Kaczyński managed to get planet leaders confronted with the threat of Russia's aggression, the threat of real assault on another countries in a short time.

President Lech Kaczyński was right about this. A fewer months later, Russia invaded Georgia. Lech Kaczyński successfully organised a strong opposition by the leaders of European states to Putin's then assault, holding back Russia's de facto aggression against Georgia.

President Lech Kaczyński was killed on the eve of Poland's signing of a gas agreement with Russia, which he opposed. The issue active Poland's longstanding dependence on Russian gas and immense funds.

Following the death of president Lech Kaczyński, putinowska Russia strengthened corrupt political and business alliances in Europe, intimidated and eliminated key objectors.

As a result, Russia attacked Ukraine twice, committed genocide, kid theft and demolition of the assets of the full Ukrainian state in an effort to exterminate it. And it is openly seeking to revise borders in Europe.

If the crime of killing the president of the Republic of Poland, which was in fact a kind of military attack on our country by Russia, were decently and consistently answered, there could be no war in Europe and Russia's attack on Ukraine. Meanwhile, impunity of a criminal is simply a kind of invitation to commit further crimes.

How is it possible that then the Polish state de facto exposed the Polish president to death.

The key function in the paralysis of the state safety protection of president Lech Kaczyński and the girdering of the Russian lie in the planet about the crime - played Donald Tusk – then Prime Minister of Poland and his subordinate services. He is besides responsible, among others, for paralysis of appropriate conduct in the first minutes and years after the assassination.

A professional investigation should respond to the reason for the conduct that we see as a betrayal of the interests of the Polish State by Donald Tusk in the group of Solidarnych 2010 and lead him to presume work for actions according to the seriousness of the damage.

Today it is 13 years since the crime of killing the president of Poland and 95 representatives of the Polish State who are visiting Russia.

For years, 2 teams have been working to explain the circumstances of this tragedy, to hold the guilty liable and to repair the state safety system. These are a sub-committee on the re-examination of the Smolensk disaster and a squad of prosecutors.

You will know them by the fruits.

The safety strategy remains hollow, and the people liable for the safety paralysis and exposing the president of the Republic to death – not only stay impunity and – any – inactive in liable positions – have been rewarded and no 1 takes distant these awards or fresh distinctions from them. We're witnessing a stall game. any crimes have already expired. The global arena is changing and limiting existing opportunities for global institutions. fresh opportunities should be created and this should be addressed by the Polish State.

Ardent media communicative is at odds with ineptness or harmful actions at the level of state institutions.

The Polish State does not want to be effective in this matter. Why?

We request a transparent investigation into the death of Mark Pasionek, the chief prosecutor of the Smolensk investigation who died on March 31, 2022. We request a transparent investigation into the death of young justice Hubert Gąsior, who abruptly died on January 11, 2021, a period after his publication of the ONLY conviction in Smolensk.

We request effective enforcement of state-owned professional institutions with legal weight – a study and indictments that would improve the safety of the state, remove from positions threatening the safety of people in Poland and bring Russia to account for this crime on the global stage. For this purpose, the State should conduct competent investigations managed by the applicable leaders.

The Association of Solidars 2010 has been demanding for 13 years the effectiveness of the State in safety matters and in settling the crimes of killing the head of state. We will do so with stubbornness until all available socially, legally and medial methods.

I encourage you to act both jointly and individually. See how much we have achieved. The way we went from April 10, 2010 to today. Do not be deceived by friendly speeches. Look at the fruit. You're needed. Your request that you take simple action in the Smolensk case is inactive valid and necessary. I believe that the willingness to devote time and the determination of your state will be effective.

The 13th anniversary of the Smolensk bombing is besides the time of the large Night. The time of hope from the Resurrection of Jesus. The time of life's triumph over death dawned upon darkness, good over evil. I want you all good and strength in your quest for truth.
