Russian opposition politician Mikhail Khodorkovsky stated in a conversation with UNIAN agency, Vagnerian leader Yevgeny Prigozhyn and Ramzan Kadyrov are seeking to overthrow defence Minister Sergei Shoigu. According to him, Prigozhyn has long wanted to take control of the financial flows of the Ministry of defence of the Russian Federation. Khodorkovsky noted that an alliance of Kadyrov, Prigozhyn, Viktor Zolotov and shareholder of the bank “Russia” Yuri Kovalchuk is being formed in front of Putin. They openly criticise the Russian Ministry of Defence for failures on the front lines and failures in mobilisation. Evgeny Prigozhyn, yet openly admitted that he is the creator of PMC Wagner, taking part in hostilities in Ukraine. What way did Prigozhyn come to become who he is now?
