No more parent certificates.
Not only the school authorities, but besides the parents, were waiting for changes to the Kamilka Act. It turns out that the draft amendment contains changes which can importantly facilitate the organisation of any school events. What's gonna change? Here, for example, a novelty is the introduction of the work for parents taking part in trips or events involving children.
Parents will gotta supply a message to the institutions that they do not appear in the registry of Persecutions on the Sexual Chronicle or in the registry of the State Commission for the Prevention of Sexual Abuse of Minors under the age of 15, have not been legally convicted and are not subject to judicial prohibitions relating to activities with children.

In the amendment of the bill, 1 of the crucial changes is besides the extension of the list of offences excluding the anticipation of working with children. These include intentional crimes against life and health, sexual freedom, morality, family, care and those related to drug crime. They are subject to a ban on working with children (Article 21c(1)).
