Information plans to transform the Academy of War Art into the University of National Security Minister Stanislaw Wąątek, on the occasion of signing an agreement at the university with the Ministry of abroad Affairs concerning the joint conduct of first degree studies in the field of civilian protection and civilian defence. Rector-commandant War Art Academy General Mieczysław Gocuł indicated that the transformation could take place soon.
