French Press: US Vice president declared Europe an ideological war

The French paper "Le Monde" estimates that J.D. Vance's U.S. Vice President's speech in Munich was "a declaration of an ideological war Europe". He compares them to Vladimir Putin's anti-Western 2007 speech, besides at the Munich safety Conference.
