Turnout in Opole Voivodeship at 12 o'clock. It's the lowest in the country

Presidential elections in Poland are underway. PKW gave an election turnout at 12 o'clock in the Opole Voivodeship. So far, 21.01 percent of those entitled to vote have gone to the polls. It's the lowest turnout in the country, according to the National Police Department.
