Free credit without interest? CJEU ruling sheds fresh light on the case

The Court of Justice of the EU in Luxembourg has announced a ruling on the sanction of free credit. The announcement was made in consequence to preliminary questions submitted by the Warsaw territory Court. This is the first declaration of the CJEU in a Polish case related to cash loans and the institution of the sanction of free credit.
