Both manufacturers plan to cooperate closely in concrete projects aimed at developing vehicles, production, sales and services in the area of military wheeled vehicles. This cooperation is intended to let for the improvement of better tailored to the needs of future users of production structures and processes. 1 of the jointly implemented projects is to participate in the future modernization of the French Army's truck fleet. To this end, both companies combine not only their experiences, but besides the possibilities of their plants in France and Germany.
