[In the information published on 19 June by Defence manufacture Europe](https://defence-industry.eu/mbdas-neode-systems-secures-first-french-army-contract-for-ai-enhanced-akeron-mp) we read that the European arms company MBDA start-up NEODE Systems will be liable for integrating and demonstrating the improved capabilities of the Akeron MP guided anti-tank missile. They are intended to focus on the scope of the effector outside the visual line (BLOS), utilizing the MBDA's Ground Warden decision-making system, which is based on artificial intelligence (AI). It is thus the first contract from DGA to receive the mentioned start-up, which was founded in January 2024.
