France focuses "to the west"

Recent years in abroad French politics have been characterised, among others, by redefining African politics. This was due to the re-evaluation of global partnerships by the erstwhile françafrique countries. The conclusion of Operation Barkhane, the expulsion of French troops from Mali, Burkina Faso or Niger – these events constitute milestones for Paris' presence in the Black Land. The V Republic, despite a strong simplification in military quotas in another West African countries, does not full withdraw. It shifts the gravity point to the title "west".
