France will train and equip the Ukrainian brigade

Training of Ukrainian soldiers takes place at 1 of the military bases in the Grand Est region, but the exact location remains classified for safety reasons. According to the Elysée Palace, peculiar conditions have been created in the base, resembling the actual battlefield in Ukraine, including trench systems, which let for the most faithful representation of the situation with which soldiers meet on the front.
