France has a fresh old prime minister. "Bad joke"

French president Emmanuel Macron again entrusted the mission of forming the government of Sebastien Lecorn. The politician had already been appointed as head of government (September 9,) and resigned after little than a month, inter alia due to a dispute surrounding the composition of the government.
