France wants to make buying easier for the army. They will spend €8.5 billion on ammunition

The government of Prime Minister Sébastien Lecorn proposes a fresh "state of national safety threat" mechanics that will let you to ignore or adapt the law in crisis situations. At the same time, an additional €8.5 billion was announced for ammunition by 2030 and creating conditions for easier purchases of equipment for the army.
