France will supply “light tanks” to Ukraine. Will more allies follow her? [COMMENT]

French president Emmanuel Macron said Wednesday in a telephone conversation with Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky that Paris will supply the Ukrainian army with “light conflict tanks”, i.e. AMX-10 RC armored wheeled vehicles, the Elysée Palace said. These will be the first fighting carts of this class and the first specified heavy armed fighting carts of Western construction in Ukraine.
