France to train up to 2,000 Ukrainian troops

French Minister of Defense, Sébastien Lecornu, in an interview with “Le Parisien”, announced the start of a training program for Ukrainian soldiers. French instructors are to train up to 2,000. Ukrainians. The announcement came right alongside previously highlighted fresh material aid to the armed forces of a country struggling all the time with Russian aggression, including to combat threats from the air.
