France: the problems of the armored Jaguars?

France is slow implementing fresh EBRC Jaguar combat reconnaissance wagons into service. These are very modern machines with advanced capacities, but in the French media there has been information suggesting that the presently produced variant labeled as R1, does not have all the functionalities.
