Fourth Heritage cutter under construction

On October 17, at the east Shipbuilding Group shipyard in Panama City, Florida, a ceremony was held to initiate the sheet metallic cutting process for the construction of the 4th Heritage cutter to be built at the facility under order of the U.S. Coast Guard.
