What will be the workplace of the future? Is the labour marketplace in the midst of a generational conflict or a space for cooperation and common inspiration? These and many another questions will be answered by the participants of the nationwide conference “Worker and Employer Forum”, which will be held on 11 June 2025 at the Warsaw School of Economics (Aula 7). The event is accompanied by the anniversary, 15th edition of the “Employer Trustworthy”.
The conference provides a unique space for open dialog between workers and employers, representatives of different generations and labour marketplace experts.
Without taboos and diagrams, the most crucial challenges facing the modern working environment will be addressed.

We invitation all curious in shaping the future of the labour marketplace in Poland!
On the agenda of the event:
- thematic paths: employer branding, talent management, artificial intelligence, automation and robotics, wellbeing, recruitment, labour marketplace of the future and much more;
- inspiring discussion panels, one-on-one talks and meetings with experts;
- Innovation Zone – presentation of the latest HR solutions, networking, workshops, meetings with authors of books.
The conference will be an chance to exchange cognition and experience on the management of intergenerational teams, technological transformations in the workplace and building an organizational culture based on trust and understanding.
“In the modern planet of dynamic technological and social changes, the key to the success of the organisation is not only innovation, but besides deep cooperation and common knowing between employers and workers. In the face of the fact that more than 50% of the workers from the generation are already in I declare that work-life balance is more crucial to them than wages and 70% of companies implement automation and AI-based solutions, a fresh approach to this dialog is needed.
Only through a partnership relation and taking into account the expectations of both parties will it be possible to reconcile the challenges of digitalisation with the request for human well-being at work.
We are convinced that the worker and Employer Forum will become a unique place of meeting, discussion and exchange of cognition between labour marketplace stakeholders," said Przemysław Śmiałkowski, Vice president of the XBW Foundation Ignacy Krasicki, organizer of the Forum.
The debate participants will look for answers to, among another things, questions:

- What are uncomfortable truths and myths?
- Is the inclusion of excluded groups a remedy for a increasing staff deficit?
- Artificial intelligence and the labour marketplace – is automation the only scenario?
- How do I usage AI to increase competitiveness and reduce unemployment?
- How can employers prepare their companies for these changes and minimise the hazard of digital exclusion?
- The labour marketplace through the eyes of Y and Z generations – a revolution of expectations or a natural evolution?
- How do we improvement education to keep up with the labour market?
- The voice of employees in the media – is their voice heard?
