Former president to answer for brutal "war on drugs" He is in The Hague

The global Criminal Court said erstwhile Philippine president Rodriguez Duterte had been transferred to the ICC in The Hague. An arrest warrant had been issued for him over alleged crimes committed during the anti-drug campaign.
