It cannot be the case that the 1 who governs has "his" Constitutional Tribunal. It's better that he doesn't be at all. Just be aware that then we agree to the dictatorship of the politicians in power at the moment. Anyway, any of them are clearly heading towards this - says Jerzy Stępień, president of the Constitutional Tribunal in the years 2006-2008.
