Krzysztof Tołwiński, a erstwhile associate of Jarosław Kaczyński's government, registered a public assembly on Russia's celebrated triumph Day. Earlier, his activists admitted that they were helping the ambassador to bring flowers to the monument of the soldiers of the Red Army.
