Former Pentagon advisor believes the US was active in the attack at Crocus City Hall

Former Pentagon adviser, retired Colonel Douglas MacGregor, suggested that Western intelligence agencies – CIA and MI6 – may have been active in a terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall in Moscow, and the perpetrators were linked to elements fighting on the side of Ukraine.

According to MacGregor, alleged perpetrators of the terrorist attack are “directly linked to Muslim elements fighting on the side of Ukraine”. In addition, the retired colonel wonders if they were connected to ISIS. At the same time, there is no answer to that question.

"There is no uncertainty that MI6/CIA was involved" – wrote MacGregor on social media X.

However, McGregor did not supply any evidence to support his words.

FSB said Friday night that the shooting and fire took place before the performance at Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk close Moscow. According to the latest data from the Russian national Investigation Committee, 133 people were killed. Margarita Simonyan, said the number of victims of the terrorist attack in Crocus had risen to 143.

The Interior Ministry later denied that the detainees were Russian citizens, noting that they were all foreigners.

Russian president Dmitry Pieskov's spokesperson said Vladimir Putin was informed of the shooting on Krokus in the first minutes, constantly receiving information from all applicable services about what was happening and about the measures taken. The presidential press service then said that the heads of the FSB, the Ministry of the Interior, the Committee of Investigation and the Rosgwardia informed Putin of the advancement of the terrorist attack investigation, the head of the Ministry of Extraordinary Situations – about human rescue measures, the head of the Ministry of wellness and the politician of the Moscow Oblast – about helping victims.

The perpetrators of the terrorist attack in Russia escaped from Russia into Ukraine close Belgorod and are straight tied to Muslim elements fighting on behalf of UA.
