Former GGK Jerzy Albin has died

On September 22 of this year, Jerzy Albin, who served as Chief Surveyor of Poland from 2001 to 2006, passed distant at the age of 74. Jerzy Albin was born on July 5, 1952, in Bydgoszcz. He graduated from the Faculty of Geodesy and Cartography at the Warsaw University of Technology in 1976, where he subsequently served as a prof. at the Institute of Higher Geodesy and Geodetic Astronomy for 5 years.
