Siemoniak announced on the X platform that "Lech Wojciechowski, deputy head of the ABW during the Law and Justice organization and then a BBN employee, was disciplinarily expelled from service in the ABW as of January 26, 2026." He added that "the procedure for explanation and dismissal in accordance with regulations has been exhausted."
