Former head of the CBA before the Sejm committee. His behaviour was astonishing

On Friday, Ernest Bejda is being interrogated before the Parliamentary Pegasus Committee of Inquiry. The erstwhile CBA chief claims that the committee is illegal, and his behaviour is at least strange.


On Friday, a proceeding is held in front of the Pegasus committee of parliament for Ernest Bejda, erstwhile CBA chief. Bejda undermines the legality of the committee itself, and his behaviour creates large controversy – he raises his voice, shouts, makes theatrical mines and sometimes behaves at least peculiarly.

"I'm suing Ernest I'm going to be for the vile lies he's repeating at the Pegasus committee. His lying has been repeatedly verified by the prosecution and courts in civilian proceedings. The rage on his face is straight proportional to the level of lying. He will answer for this," wrote Krzysztof Brejza (KO) in mention to his behavior.

"Mr. Bejda on the committee of enquiry says: I am not afraid of you. So why did the police gotta force him into interrogation? This is the question," added Mr Kropiwnicki.

– I was forced to do so on the basis of a ruling by a territory court that was served to me present by the police. I keep my position that, in the face of the decision of the Constitutional Court, your committee... – said the erstwhile head of the CBA on the committee.

The next 20 minutes were verbal pushes. Bejda spoke of the alleged illegality of the commission, Magpie interrupted him and called for mention to the meritum. I'm not afraid of you. I will answer questions – said Bejda.

Already clearly annoyed and upset Bejda was trying to prove that he was in front of the committee illegally. However, the Commission has succeeded in asking questions.
