Karol Nawrocki's triumph in the presidential elections in Poland echoed widely among European and global politicians with right-wing views. In their comments they emphasize respect for the decision of Poles, and besides express hope for further cooperation with the fresh president. These are the most crucial statements.

Marine Le Pen of the National Unity, known for the criticism of the European Commission, considered the result of the elections as a symbolic motion of opposition to the Brussels elite:

"In the face of the European Commission, whose authoritarian politics and federalist ambitions violate national sovereignty, Karol Nawrocki's triumph is good news. It is simply a disapproval for Brussels oligarchy, which tries to impose a uniform law on associate States without a democratic mandate."

Jordan Bardella, president of the National Unity and associate of the European Parliament, stressed the importance of the democratic decision of Poles:

"Congratulations to Karol Nawrocki, who won the presidential election in Poland! The Polish nation has spoken, and its free and democratic choice must be respected — besides by Brussels leaders who were keenly counting on its failure."

Santiago Abascal, leader of the Spanish VOX party, commented on the global election context:

"Congratulations to Karol Nawrocki and conservative patriotic forces in Poland for defeating candidate von der Leyen, Sánchez and Feijóo. Poland defends its sovereignty and freedom. This is another defeat for the coalition of chadeks and socialists.”

Giorgia Meloni, Italian Prime Minister and president of the National-Conservative Italian Brothers Party, expressed more diplomatic congratulations, stressing the importance of bilateral relations:

"Congratulations to Karol Nawrocki on the occasion of his election as president of the Republic of Poland. I want you the best of luck in being the head of a nation with which we share common values, strong cooperation and historical friendship. Good luck at work.”

Péter Szijjártó, Minister of abroad Affairs of Hungary, stressed the perfect community of Poland and Hungary:

"Another patriotic victory: congratulations to Karol Nawrocki! Pole, Hungary, 2 nephews.”

Although the speech and language of the speech differed — from more confrontational (Le Pen, Abascal) to average (Meloni, Szijjártó) — all congratulations have a common denominator: expressions of respect for the choice of Poles and a signal of readiness to proceed working with the fresh president.
