The Heads of Diplomacy condemns the export of North Korean ballistic missiles to Russia

The heads of diplomacy of 49 countries, including Poland, France, Germany, Ukraine and the USA, as well as the EU advanced Representative, condemned in a joint message the sale by North Korea of Russian ballistic missiles which utilized them against Ukraine.
