There are about 90 1000 specialist doctors in Poland. The vast majority of them MAY NOT:
1) to issue medical leave to the court (these are only doctors),
2) to establish permanent incapacity for work (they are only doctors-jurisors of the Social safety Office),
3) let to take up work (these are only doctors of occupational medicine).
But each of these 90 1000 people CAN issue a receipt allowing the repeal of the constitutional right to life and killing a nine-month-old kid in the womb.

I think it's time to start having a real debate on this.
The killings in Oleśnica could most likely be avoided if the right to find the existence of a condition of life or wellness hazard was granted, for example, only to judicial doctors. That is to say, doctors with peculiar public trust, who gotta legitimize, among another things, the impunity and advice of the territory Medical Council, and who, by virtue of their function, should be (at least in assumptions) peculiarly resistant to corruption.
