The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) ordered an additional Airbus A330 Multi-Role Tanker Transport (MRTT) aircraft to grow the MRTT (MMF) fleet to 10 machines. The acquisition announcement follows Belgium's decision to increase the number of hours at national disposal in the multinational program by an additional 1100 in yearly settlement. The Multinational Multi function Tanker Transport Fleet (MMF) provides strategical transport, air refueling and medical evacuation capabilities to six task associate states: Belgium, the Czech Republic, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Norway.
