Flying objects over Poland are not UFOs. The U.S. Army is investigating a fresh invention

At the turn of July and August, the Polish sky will offer an different view which may match paranormal phenomena to confused observers. However, it will not be UFOs, but highly advanced military balloons utilized by American armed forces. What are they for?
