The government unfortunately failed; instruments were not utilized to coordinate the full action in terms of preparing retention reservoirs, they forgot about earlier deployment of services or transportation of essential equipment - PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński told PAP, assessing the government's actions during the flood.
