First Offset Agreement on acquisition of AH-64E Apache Helicopters Signed

On September 25, during the visit of Minister of defence Mariusz Błaszczak to the United States, the first offset agreement was signed related to the planned acquisition of Boeing AH-64E Apache combat helicopters.
