Companies afraid about the amendment of the KSC. Ministry explains the changes

[The Sejm is under way](https://www.sejm.gov.pl/sejm10.nsf/transmissionsje.xsp?unid=55600E2EAAD9596EC1258D5C003EFB7F) on the task [novelation of the national cybersecurity law](https://cyberdefence24.pl/page-tagow/ksc). We are talking about a regulation that, among another things, implements into the Polish legal order EU provisions [NIS2 Directive](https://digital-strategy.ec.europa.eu/en/policy/nis2-directive), for which the deadline was 17 October 2024. This means that further failure to implement EU rules may entail penalties.
