Finland's armed. There's a licence for U.S. equipment

The US DSCA (Defense safety Cooperation Agency) has agreed to sale M1156A1 Precision Guidance Kits to the Finnish government. Interestingly, a fewer days earlier, the Danish authorities had received akin approval.
