Finland will aid Ukraine. Joins the Tallinn Mechanism

According to the [National peculiar Communications and Information Protection Service of Ukraine](https://cip.gov.ua/en) (SSSCIP), Finland is the 13th state of the alleged [Tallinian Mechanism](https://cyberdefence24.pl/cybersecurity/polska-i-ukraina-emphasia-operation-in-kil-areas). It is an global initiative to strengthen cooperation in the fight against cyber threats and to make opportunities to share knowledge, experience and technological solutions.
