A bilateral defence cooperation agreement negotiated with the US means that the American army will be, "in any form" present in Finland's territory," confirmed president Sauli Niinisto on Thursday. According to the press, the United States Air Force will be stationed in Rovaniemi, behind the Arctic Circle.
