Financial problems of the Bundeswehr?

On June 27, the online edition of the German paper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung published information on an insufficient increase in backing for the Bundeswehr. A peculiar fund of EUR 100 billion was announced and reportedly implemented, which was intended to rebuild the long-lost capabilities of the Force.
