Philippines and Japan with the defence treaty. Together against China?

A further step was taken to strengthen the strategical cooperation between Filipino and Japanese. The Manila legislature has just ratified the common Access Agreement. The law will enter into force erstwhile it is signed by the Philippine president and after the nipponese government has approved the law.
