Fighting disinformation. What influences the state's cooperation with NGOs?

The Defence24 group, as part of a investigation task financed by USAID and coordinated by the global Republican Institute's (IRI) Beacon Project, has completed the first phase of work. It is about identifying the environment and systemic conditions in the field of cooperation between public administration in Poland and non-governmental organizations in order to counteract Russian disinformation and propaganda.
