Slovak media quotes the course of Monday's press conference Robert Facy, during which the Prime Minister of Slovakia spoke about his visit to the United States. He spoke to Donald Trump, among others, overseas.

Interestingly, after a fewer hours, Fico published an entry on Facebook, where he stressed that "a trade war between the US and the planet would harm both parties".
"I hope the president of the European Commission understands joke about today's press conference, erstwhile I told the journalists that (von der Leyen – ed.) she was terribly disputing me for not doing anything, as the Slovak opposition claims, to prevent the US from introducing fresh customs worldwide," he wrote. He further pointed out that "the Slovak opposition and the media did not realize the joke".
We don't know the actual result of the conversation between Fico and von der Leyen. The European Commission did not mention to the speech of the Slovak Prime Minister.
American duties on the European Union. Slovakia may be in trouble
The duties imposed by the US on the countries of the European Union are intended to hit Slovakia in particular. It is about the automotive and pharmaceutical manufacture there and the production of semiconductors.
