Fewer funds to rebuild the Bundeswehr

On 28 October, Germany's national Chamber of Auditors (Bundesrechnungshof) revealed that programmes to rebuild the capacity of the Bundeswehr, which were to be financed by a peculiar fund of €100 billion, were to be reduced.
