They rescued people and their possessions, then helped clean up the water - ruined areas to yet rebuild roads, bridges, and schools. At the highest moment, about 26 1000 soldiers were active in helping residents in the south of Poland. Operation Feniks has just come to an end. But the military will proceed to support the victims. The plans include the construction of further bridges.
