As part of the first phase of the changes, 5 deputy ministers were recalled: Anatolia Kłoczka, Alexander Kozenko, Mykoła Shevtsov, Volodymyr Zaweruchka and Hanna gwozdiar. According to Fedrow, any of them will stay in the structures of the hotel as advisors or managers of circumstantial projects to guarantee continuity of activities and to exploit their experience.
