Fedorov: a minister who wants to change everything

Fedorov is the youngest defence minister in the past of independent Ukraine and the first to come to the ministry without a classical military resume, but with the reputation of an effective reformer and technological visionary. His erstwhile achievements in the Ministry of Digital Transformation – the creation of e-service platforms, digital registers, solutions supporting administration and technological projects for the army – made the authorities and part of the military community believe that he could give fresh dynamics to the war.
