Most importantly, — the fresh marshal did not deprive the fresh opposition of the vote. He allowed her representatives to take part in the debate. But he did not let the Law and Justice to usage the regulations of the Sejm to destruct the deliberations. The behaviour of the PiS Members indicated that this was their well-thought-out plan.
The Sejm present elected members of the National Judiciary Council. However, the vote turned into a series of speeches by PiS ministers, insulting their political opponents, shouting “Constitution” and calling the Holovnia with a snack “rotative marshal”. They besides shouted “rules!”.
"I know the word," the marshal replied. And he didn't get upset.

“If the minister or another ministers want to talk by morning, we have a work to perceive to them,” said PiS MP Krzysztof Szczucki. In 1 opinion, he explained what the PiS plan for sabotaging the second day of the gathering looked like.

Ministers of the PiS government signed up for the vote, and others wanted to enter the platform without a queue.
Law and Justice wanted to usage Article 186(2) of the Rules of Procedure of the Sejm, which reads: “The Marshal of the Sejm gives the level to members of the Council of Ministers, the president of the ultimate Chamber of Control, the Head of the President's Chancellery and the Secretary of State in the Chancellery of the president replacing the President's Chancellery at a given meeting, but by order of the speakers enrolled in the vote whenever they so request”.
But that failed. Simon Holovnia of the Rules of the Sejm in his hand seized the hall. He allowed the PiS to speak, but he wouldn't let him take over. The three-minute statements of the clubs and parliamentary circles were voted out, after which the fresh marshal ordered the return to vote on members of the KRS.
The meeting, which could have lasted until morning, as Mr Szczucki wanted, ended after 6 p.m.
The first minister to enter the platform outside the queue was Zbigniew Ziobro. "It is simply a day after night, and you will be in opposition benches 1 day, and you will be liable for breaking the constitution and criminal offences related to it," said the Minister of Justice.

PiS Members chanted: “Constitution”, “Constitution”!
"Don't be so sure," said Boris Budka. "Time runs fast. I hope you won't turn out to be dicks," said Minister Ziobro. Opposition representatives began shouting to Ziebra: “You will sit down!” “You will sit!”
Despite the time that Ziobro had for the speech, he refused to leave the platform. After that, the Sejm was to return to the vote on the KRS. Krzysztof Śmiszek of the Left spoke, saying, "Not only has your time passed on the speaker, but your time has passed in politics too."
This provoked Minister of Education Przemysław Czarnek. utilizing this Article 186, he spoke. He stressed that the PiS had voted for respective million more voters than the Left.
"And now will Mr Śmiszek talk about removing Zbigniew Ziobry from politics?" Czarnek was upset.

After him, Luke Schreiber, Secretary of the Council of Ministers, entered the platform. “You can deprive us of all places and positions, but we will usage the Sejm’s rules to argue you’re breaking the rules,” Schreiber said. "Ministers ask for a vote under regulation 186, which does not restrict them sometimes, due to the fact that from this talker a debate was conducted against democratic standards, ministers were wrongly accused and the right part of this Chamber was scandalous," he stressed.
He besides lamented: "Depriving the parliamentary club of its function in the Parliamentary Presidium is simply a sign of contempt, not only for your marshals (Vitek – a car), but for 7 million 600,000 voters".
Immediately after him, Szymon Szymon Szynkowski a.k.a. Sęk, who criticised the candidacy of the associate of Kamila Gasiuk-Pihowicz to the KRS, came out.

Simon Holovnia at this point, in order to prevent PiS from further sabotaging the meeting, proposed 3-minute statements by clubs and parliamentary circles. He pointed out that the ministers' nonsubjective was to talk in the parliamentary debate, so this debate should be organised and not be abused. “Is there any objection,” he asked. There was opposition from the Sejm jury, from the Law and Justice party. A vote was so ordered.
Most advocated the statements of the circles and clubs. Ministers were no longer allowed on the platform – but “one sentence” from Przemysław Czarnek. "7 million 600,000 Poles voted for us in the election. It is impossible to get Minister Ziobra out of politics," said Czarnek again.
Hołównia signed: "Your definition of 1 conviction is abroad to Polish grammar".
When 3 Members wanted to take the level on behalf of the Law and Justice, Marshal Holovnia divided the corresponding 3 minutes into three. And the first 2 Members utilized up, another 1 could no longer speak.
The vote for members of the KRS took place just after 6:00 p.m. The National Judiciary Council received:
- Kamila Gasiuk Pichowicz – 246 votes
- Tomasz Zimoch – 246 votes
- Anna Maria Żukowska – 245 votes
- Robert Kropiwnicki – 243 votes
It was not accessed by PiS representatives:
- Marek Ast – 193 votes
- Arkadiusz Mularczyk – 192 votes
- Kazimierz Smolinski – 192 votes
- Bartosz Józef Kownacki – 191 votes
At the end of the meeting, Marshal Holovnia commented on the votes that were directed to him from the area and seemingly were to disbalance him. Seismic transmission microphones don't get it. "I want the public to know that borders have been crossed here," he said.
