F-35A "Frankenjet" has been delivered to the operational unit

On April 9, the United States Department of defence announced that a unique example of the Lockheed Martin F-35A Lightning II multi-role combat aircraft has been delivered, after extended repairs, to an operational unit at Hill Air Force Base.
