F-16 in Ukraine. Different than in Poland or Romania - Polemika

The transfer of F-16 aircraft into the hands of Ukrainian pilots from the hopefully awaited decision turned into a concrete plan. For a long time, president Zelensky has asked for specified aircraft, armed with modern missiles, capable of challenging Russian machines. But not everyone shares this view. For example, Col. rez. pil. Krystian Zięć, who was 1 of the first Polish F-16 pilots, and present says — “F-16s are not air superiority aircraft. They do not have adequate kinetic abilities. They will not be able to dramatically change the situation in terms of deterring air assault measures of the Russian Federation.”
