Exports of fuels from the Łukoil refinery in Bulgaria stopped. The Russians won't make any more money on it

Bulgaria has stopped exports of oil products from the Łukoil refinery. This decision was taken due to US sanctions against the Russian concern, which owns the only oil refinery in the country and the largest in the Balkans.
