Explosions in Kiev. Attack on critical infrastructure

After a series of loud blasts that were heard Saturday morning in central Kiev, a bomb alert was issued in the city and residents were asked to decision to shelters. According to the authorities, Russia attacked civilian infrastructure facilities. Just after 10 a.m. Polish time, the alarm was cancelled.
